this was the cheapest file cabinet I could find in this style and when I was skeptical if it was going to be 30-50$ cheaper for a reason. I was not disappointed though, it is pretty sturdy, the drawers glide very smoothly and the finish is nice, don't look cheap.

I could not get the drawer sliders apart prior to installation so the company mailed me new ones that were already separated. They came overnight. The instructions are not clear but after about 3 hours I had it put together and it is beautiful. I drilled new holes in the front and put different handles, because the handles are cheap looking. An it is really pretty and seems sturdy. The back is cardboard , just FYI but it is against the wall of course. So maybe you might be better with the instructions than me, but it was worth it in the end.

Love this filing cabinet. It's the perfect size, true to the dimensions on the listing. It looks great and was delivered in tact. No issues with delivery or putting it together. No dings, arrived in perfect condition. The folders fit perfectly, glides easily, opens and closes with no issues. I've had it for a few months and love it.

Perfect for home file cabinet that doubles as an end table. Pretty design!

Great office file cabinet

Worked perfectly to set a printer on plus provided more storage with the drawers.  The only problem I had was that all of the pieces were not in the box, I had to go to the hardware store and purchase the missing parts to finish putting it together.  Cost me an additional &10.00.

Filing Cabinet

all parts were marked including groups of screws, cams, dowels, etc. BUT the wood pieces were not marked with top, bottom, front, back which would have been very helpful and would have made putting it together much easier.

I had to request a new side panel because the original was deeply scratched. The replacement part had multiple scratches as well, but I really needed the cabinet, so I went ahead and put it together. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The drawer fronts wouldn't stay attached, so I used liquid nails to adhere them. Hopefully that will work. In hind sight, I wish I had used liquid nails throughout the entire assembly so the cabinet would be sturdier. Cabinet looks good when assembled, and I put the scratched side against the wall.

Nice cabinet but had problems

I think the pictures look better than it does in real life the handle looks cheap and the screws go on the outside versus the inside to hold them in place and of course it is not assembled which was a bit of a pain I thought more of it would be real wood and not the super cheap stuff over all not worth the price

Not a Great buy

Over the years I have assembled many knock-down sets from many sources. I must say this was the worst item that required assembly that I have ever purchased. I could not get past step 1 because the drawings on the instruction sheet did not match the actual pieces. In addition, a simple direction like take the two pieces apart was an impossibility to perform. My wife and I both hold doctorates and were unable to follow these directions. After two hours, I packed up the pieces and returned them to a nearby Walmart for full reimbursement. That part was easy and no problem. All I can tell anyone reading this review is that this is a file drawer to be avoided. Save yourself hypertension and stress.

The worst file drawer ever made
