It looks pretty slick and nice. However, the package missed the little filter that was supposed to be included. That's a minor issue. More important,  the surface of inside of the container appeared to be either pealing or have some discoloring going on. I don't feel safe to use it. Will need to return it.

Product quality issue

I am very happy with purchase.  It is a mostly quiet machine, cleans easily, and works great.  I have been using it a couple of times per week and have had no issues or complaints.  No internal filter is a plus for me.

JUST WORK FOR 5 MONTHS.  
Then can't heat. 
And can't return.

Great soy milk maker. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Enjoy.
