TaylorMade Tour Response is built for golfers who want a tour‑level feel and performance without paying tour‑ball prices. It uses a 100% cast‑urethane cover—the same premium material found in the TP5 line—to deliver noticeably higher greenside spin, better control on approach shots, and a softer, more responsive feel at impact. Inside, its multi‑layer construction and SpeedMantle design help maintain fast ball speeds and strong distance off the tee, giving players a blend of soft feel, reliable long‑game performance, and short‑game precision that’s meant to mimic the characteristics of a true tour ball while staying accessible to a wider range of golfers.

Offers excellent performance at a lower cost.

Offers a balance of distance and control off the tee.

Provides a smooth surface when striking the ball.

Provides a visual aid for accurate putting alignment.

Brighter hues make them easy to track and identify.

Provides accuracy through reduced spin off driver and irons.

Really enjoying the performance and feel of these Tour Response golf balls. Good time to take advantage of "2 for" sale price. Turned age 60 and things, including swing are beginning to change. I get good distance and control Tee to Green using the Tour Response golf balls. Also a good feel for me off the putter face. I think the softer compression is definitely helping out.

Benefiting From Tour Response

taylormadegolf.com

Long ball with a soft feel. Sounds good coming off club. Played when it was 80 and will be interested in knowing how it plays in colder temps. Had a nice feel / spin around greens. Really like the wide stripe. Wish TaylorMade would make matte colored balls with black stripes. This would make ball easier to see in flight. Overall I would say this is a solid ball at a reasonable price for most. The wider stripe is a big plus on the greens.
For context I'm a 61, swing speed is 90-95 and Im a 14 handicap.

Tour Response Golf Ball Review

These golf balls are amazing! I play with both these and the TP5 and I do not notice very much of a difference, if any. The go far, feel soft, and spin how I want them to.

Best golf ball

I love this ball. This is the first time I've played a Taylor Made ball and I really like it. It gives me the distance and feel balance that I've been looking for at a lower price than the top-level models. Haven't tried the stripe version yet, but may next time. Will definitely buy again.

Great new ball for me

I have been playing the Titleist ProV1 for years. I am 78 and have decided to find a softer ball with the same cover. My first choice was the Taylormade Tour Response. That ball is a rocket and it spins well in the short game. It is a one and done for me. I get more distance with all clubs and it stops quickly on the green on full shots. It is soft enough in the short game and feels really good off the putter. For me it is perfect!

Great ball for me

As a former PGA club Pro I can attest to the claims of this ball. It's my go to ball until the temps rise above 85 degrees and then the ball compresses to much, but I have a high swing speed. Great cool weather ball and I would recommend this ball to anyone swinging under 95mph with a driver. Great around the greens! Long off the tee! Hi flying with the irons. Very soft off the putter and a great alignment aid.

So many good benefits.

Love these balls. They are firm enough for distance for my mid club speed. They spin and check nicely around the greens. The stars & stripes bands on the ball are great for lining up putts, and are perfectly themed for my participation at PGA HOPE events with my fellow veterans.

Performance and style

After much research of other brands, I have found Tour Response golf balls are the best golf balls for my game. Their low compression allows for great distance with a swing speed less than that required for the TP5 models. The lower spin numbers off the driver and longer irons helps with accuracy, but the 100% urethane cover still provides great spin around the greens when needed the most. I highly recommend this ball.

TM Tour Response fits my game the best

After playing a number of different balls and taking the quiz to see which ball was best for my game and after a TM club fitting everything came down to the Tour Response Ball. It's been my ball ever since. A great ball and love the consistency. Highly recommend.

Consistence AND Performance

TaylorMade Tour Response Golf Balls deliver premium feel and performance without the premium price tag. They have a soft, urethane cover that gives a smooth feel off the clubface and solid spin with irons and wedges while still generating good distance off the tee. They won't quite match the spin and finesse of ultra-premium balls like the TP5/TP5x, but for most golfers including myself, they're more than “good enough".

Great affordable Golf Balls

I received 2 dozen Tour Response Stripe golf balls on them for Christmas. I played 5 holes, and I teed off on the 6th hole and when I got to the ball the ball was in half couldn`t fine the other half.

I was looking forward to these balls because they say there built 3 peace and 100% urethane.

Poor construction

TaylorMade Tour Response Golf Balls one dozen box with green and dark teal gradient design, displaying a golf ball numbered 3 with TaylorMade logo, featuring a 100% cast-urethane cover and multi-layer construction for tour-level feel, distance, and control.
