Upon unboxing, my first thought was, “I got what I paid for.”  But after assembling it, I am very pleased with how the metal, wood-look legs tie in with my transitional-style decor.   The electric cord is hidden in a leg, which is a plus, and the lamp can accommodate up to a 150 watt bulb.

Love my lamp! Wood-looking legs are actually metal. Have to assemble the lamp shade though, and there was a sharp spot that cut my husband and made him bleed.

Very cute

I bought this floor lamp about a month ago and it's been great. Super easy assembly with only a few screws to put the three legs together. The lamp shade looks great and with even standard light bulbs, it lets off a good amount of light. The legs are also metal, but the textured wood effect looks very realistic.

This is a fantastic lamp, especially for the money! It is metal painted to look like natural wood. I really liked how they hid the cord in the leg, but I wish the cord was tan, not black. I may paint it tan to better hide it in the leg. More expensive lamps I looked at had the cord dangling from the center and it wasn't hidden which ruined the Sleek look of the lamp so that's one reason I chose this lamp from Walmart. The reason for four stars is due to the lamp shade. You have to assemble the lamp shade and it took 2 hours and another person to help me get the lampshade on the round Metal Frames. And I can get it on tight enough to remove the sagging on one side. Overall day, this is a great lamp I do recommend it if you have someone to help you assemble the lampshade

Great lamp, terrible lamp shade

Adorable bottom lamp stand snd grear foot switch for on snd off. HORRIBLE SHADE. Took an hour and 3 grown adults to secure and snap in the lamp shade. We ended up using chip clips to get it to lind of assemble. We got it done but it is not completely on track. We may go buy a shade that us already assembled!!! Haha for $77 it looks good and chesper thsn most. But needs a shade bought separatly.

Me - 0, Lamp shade - 100

This must have been a return from someone else. It was halfway put together, making the instructions uneasy. Above all, the lamp shade is bent and has multiple creases. I cannot turn the shade in any direction that would hide these large flaws, which is making the lamp look awful and cheap!

Waste of money!

The thought was nice but the legs are NOT wood. They're metal and a flimsy. The shade was so hard to put together. My son and me tried really hard. Gave up and tried to work with it. Since the shade wouldn't go on correctly it looked lopsided and was annoying me. I had to return it and it was bummed. It would've been perfect if the shade was easier to put on.

Came with dings. Pretty much you get what you pay for. Save your money. Invest in the original tripod lamp.

No bueno.

This was very misleading. The description lists item as WOOD but it is actually very cheap metal that has been poorly painted to look like wood. The paint was even chipped upon opening. The lamp shade was very cheap as well. We returned it because it looked terribly cheap.

Terrible Product

Love the look and I wasn't worried about putting it together. No instructions in the box but it wasn't hard to figure out. The shade was fine to put together with 2 people. HOWEVER, it looks, and feels cheap. We had to use double sided tape to fix where the lamp connects to the legs, it was really loose and leaned. Overall, not worth the money. The legs came scratched, so white shows underneath. I'm keeping it but wouldn't recommend.
