I purchased two of them. The back sockets which receives the screws to install the back are not threaded properly to accept the provided screws. I had to send one chair for replacement. Walmart rep was very helpful to replace the defective chair.
before assembly, insert the screws to these sockets to align the threads.

great comfortable chair

This is a productivity chair and not a relaxing office chair.  The main point is to keep yourself sitting upright straight; therefore if you want to lean backward, there is a bounce back force and you can only lock the chair at 90 degree upright position, not to lock a tilting chair position.  Otherwise, I really like the arm rest that can pull up so I can push the chair furthermore under the desk.

Comfortable wish it can lean back with a lock

It is a fair product for the price. I have it for a week now. It looks solid and feel comfortable. For this price, don't expect all the bell and whistle. I'm on a tight budget, if you are on my financial situation, it is a good choice. Otherwise, make a better investment.

Meet my expectation for the price

-The seat padding is thin.  The material is rough.  Recline is limited.
+The headrest is nice.  I like the swing-up arms.  If you like to sit straight up (I do) it's not bad for a few hours.

Would I but this again at full price - no.  On sale, it's "acceptable."

It's a solid, OK

Pro
-Build quality (doesn't feel like the screws will fall off unlike some other cheaper alternatives)
-Padding (the seat is thick and soft enough so it is comfortable to sit for long periods of time)

Con
-Construction (attaching the arms to the chair is a hassle would recommend to have help and to attach the arms first [ignore step 2 and do step 3 first then do step 2 in the instructions])
-Hight (I am 5'4" it was too tall so I had to remove the head rest since it case discomfort when ever I lead back)
-Posture (the chair is locked at a 90° I am someone who likes to move around and sit cross legged so it fells like I am fighting against it when ever I do so)

Conclusion
If you are someone taller than me and looking to fix your sitting posturer or already have impeccable sitting posturer then this chair is the chair for you, but if your someone like me then I suggest to look elsewhere.

Good quality, but didn't suit my needs.

Finally got the thing put together and it seemed comfortable enough.. the second time I sat on it the chair sunk down to it's low level and has refused to ever raise back to a higher position.  I am of normal weight so it didn't break down from such a cause- as the description said it was only good to about 220 pounds- I weigh much less than that.  Aside from a faulty gas tube thing and squirrely  instructions for assembly, it is  a pretty comfortable chair for the price.

Regular little "pain in the neck"

I was very much hoping that the 'high tech' look and feel of this chair would bring the comfort along with it, but I can honestly say this is the most uncomfortable chair that I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. I tried to get this as my primary computer chair, but honestly after 30 minutes of sitting in it, my hips and low back were so painful I switched it out for a 20 dollar camping chair I got from Target. I would gladly return it to the store, but I have already recycled the box it came in, so it will be going to craigslist or the recycle bin itself. I would not recommend this chair for anyone.

Very disappointed in the comfort of this chair.

The headrest on this chair sticks way too far forward to be comfortable. I made my own tweaks to where it works for now, but not ideal. 

The gray is pretty, but it does show stains easily, no eating in it!

It was fairly easy to put together, no issues there, about 20-30 minutes.

Made it work

I'd say its a chair made for "Tall short people". I'm 178cm (5'10") tall so I consider myself neither tall or short, but still this chair makes me feel both at the same time!

I feel too short for it because the headrest (one of the reasons I wanted this chair) is way too high, even in the lower setting made the chair very unconfortable.

I feel too tall because the chair in its highest setting is too low, I barely get to reach my desk and my arms are not resting on it as they should, neither are my legs which are on a lesser angle than 90 degrees.

Overall the worst experience I've ever had with a chair. I've had $20 chairs be as comfortable as this one.

I'm going to ask for a refund, I do not recommend unless you are tall (+6'3")
