The product is fabulous and it looks great in general.  Too bad it is out of stock which I could not order more.

The lunch box insulation is good however we received a scratch on delivery and the top writing too got washed off in first cleaning

Decent but got a scratch on new box

[Employee of walmartcanada] I received 2 - one was great, the other had the lid broken.

Lid broke

This is my second purchase from this seller . I like the fact they have made steel as an option for much box and not plastic ( only lid is plastic) . 
However , there is a poor quality concern I have with the lid . This is second purchase and both times within 1 months the 4 lid clips have either broken or come off easily . The bottom steel is sturdy but what use when lid is broken .
