Haven't used this unit yet.  I did have the exact same unit for 5 years but was damaged in an accident.  It works great and is simple to set up.  Has 3 different stage set ups for different size campers.  Other words my camper or fifth wheel is huge and my truck is small so I want more breaking on the large heavy camper so it is not pushing the truck.  Easy to do.  The hand held reads out digitally how much braking is being applied so you can fine tune as well.   In addition,  how much aggressive brake boost force you want to initially start with.   A, B, or C.   Can be transferred to any vehicle.  Just plug into 12v lighter type socket and reprogram if needed but not required if same type truck trailer.

Expensivec but works great.

Tekonsha 90250 Prodigy RF Electronic Brake Control

If one is flexible, it is an exceptionally easy install. Pre-wired 7 pin connection is preferred (maybe required) over a factory 4-pin. Bluetooth sync is quick and easy.

Simple install

Arrived open box. Obviously a return. Item used and dirty.

Exceptional, best there is for the job of pulling trailer.
