This item is well worth the purchase. I use it for about a month prior to my groin hernia surgery. It provided my with the utmost of comfort because I could push the hernia up, put on the strap and it would hold it in place. i slept with it on several occasions. I recommend purchasing more than one so when you remove the pads to clean and let it dry you have an alternate. I aslo wore it for about three weeks post-hernia surgery just as a precaution. Great product!

So comfortable for my inguinal hernia that I'll order second one. I can work all day with it and I don't even feel my two hernia. The cushion is the perfect hardness, and it's good that it doesn't push too hard. Very satisfied.

This truss really works as it should and is easy to put on and remove.Very good product especially if you can't have surgery right away. You can still function with this belt.

The ends with Velcro have the tendency to curl up after a week or two.

Overall the belt is the right size, but the compression pads are not adjustable and are too close together for this to be used for Inguinal Hernia stabilization.  Pads are very close together and are not Adjustable.

the velcro stopped working after a few weeks had to start using duct tape to hold it together
