Assembly process is quick and straightforward.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the bookcase was perfect

walmart.com

I was very pleased with this case, it arrived safely with no broken parts. The directions were a bit tricky to find though they were tucked in a tiny box. It was unmarred and in good shape. I was able to easily and quickly assemble this with only a screwdriver, the bar and lock attachments were easy and fast to do. The case seems pretty sturdy I'm storing canned goods on it and they can be quite weighty and this is holding up fine. Empty it is light enough that I can easily move it around by myself. All in all a nice case that I am very happy with.

Love this!

This arrived with lightening speed, was VERY simple to assemble. Looks great, appears to be quite sturdy, and was the least expensive of all the bookshelves I looked. I love it!

Perfect bookcase!!!

This was the first time that I have ordered something online from Walmart. The 3-Shelf Terrace Bookshelf was delivered for free as guaranteed right to my front door, took little effort to assemble, seems sturdy, and looks quite nice. I highly recommend this shelf and am sure that I will order online from Walmart again.

Excellent bookshelf

It was very easy to put together but who ever packed it broke the top front piece in 2 pieces, had to use a wood filler to fill it and had chips on the front. I would suggest you looking in the box at the store before you take it home

I rataed it poor on appearance because of the chip

When reviewing this item online, I looked at the dimensions and initially thought this might be too big for the area needed to place it in. But after assembly, it was actually smaller than I expected. I thought it would be deeper. Once I started to place books, DVD's and magazines, I found that it can hold quite a bit of items and is pretty sturdy. It also matches my bedroom set nicely.

I only gave it 4 stars because it's smaller than I thought it would be and it was also a bit pricey for the size. But because it fits into the space I had and still has ample space to fit all the things I want to put on it, I would recommend it to others.

Looks small but holds a lot

I had set a search of Walmart.com for black bookshelves when this one came up. It really isn't black but a very dark brown. Still nice and since it is in a corner, the off color isn't very apparent. Nice shelf and easy to assemble.

Love the shelf, disappointed on color

This furniture requires customization with trimming of the edges with knife, back panels won't fit in with the black insert in between, at the end, they were nailed into the back of the shelf instead of inserting into the slots like the direction. Not easy to put together, the side parts needs to be fine tuned into a perfect position before the back panels can go in, took a long time.

Not Easy to assemble

When I received the box, it looked like it had been kicked from Arkansas to NC. However, I took a chance, and sure enough, parts were broken. I did not return the item because broken parts were not obvious in the front. I love the product, but it is cheap.

Very cheap material quality

I am very disappointed with this product. The color of the shelves did not match the rest of the case. The finish was poorly done and the sealer used has a very strong odor. I left them out in the cold garage to see if it would help but the odor is still there. Headache inducing.
Aside from that, the people handling the shipping did not seem to give a care as this product was damaged when received. The corners of the shelf were damaged, and some of the other boards were scratched. The only thing they got right was the delivery date.

Not a good product

Terrace Storage Shelf in dark espresso finish, a 3-tier bookcase measuring 37"W x 11.8"D x 30"H, constructed from solid and composite wood with two spacious shelves and a curved top edge, ideal for office furniture and bookshelves, also suitable for organizing baskets or decorative items.
