Tetra tanks are a tank I can trust. Thicker glass than others. I have several. Only problem has been getting them her in ONE piece! Have had to send more than one back due to being broke, even shattered, during transport and with Walmart you have to wait for them to RECEIVE the tank back before they will send a replacement. This can take WEEKS before you get a replacement tank. Very inconvenient. But like I said, I like tetra tanks. Have the 20's and the 29 gallon. Wish they made a 40 gallon breeder tank.

The Tetra 20-gallon aquarium arrived on time and not broken. My neice, nephew and I added water, trees, large rock, neon rocks, a shell, and lights. My daughter found a fish in the toy deoartment that swims when magneticly fed. My mother was surprised and loved it. I'd recommend this aquarium to anyone who decides to us artifical fish or live fish. I've had the aquarium for 5 days and it hasn't leaked.

Awesome tank.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the carton.  Very good quality aquarium with high end Tetra filter and heater which I did not expect for such a low price.  Everything was packed securely and nothing arrived broken.   Delivered right on schedule. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this item.

Excellent Value

Has heater, filter, light and led lights with lid. Very good product

only had it running a day, but everything works and was easy to put together

Aquarium is nice, vut lid is very cheaply made and flimsey. Hinge pueces are plastic and broke with first use. Contacted them and they sent 2 more. They also broke on first opening. I just resorted to using Gorilla Tape for the hinges. Works great now!

I loved the tank itself, with the black silicone. Loved the fact that it came with the heater, the filter, even a fish net. But it arrived with a crack on the bottom corner, and as sad as it was, I had to return it. No issues with return. I'll get my tanks in the store from now on so I can inspect before purchase. Lesson learned. This tank definitely deserved 5 stars without the crack! If it was available in the store I'd buy again tomorrow.

20 gallon tank

This was exactly what i was looking for.  A starter kit for my daughters and I. The only issue was the filter was extremely loud and i had to buy a new filter.

Good starter kit

Tank leak after 5 months and Tetra company refused to repair. I would'nt buy from that company again. Be aware warranty of 90 days only. An aquarium is supposed to last 10 years....
