I recently tried this curry paste and was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was. The blend of spices created a rich, authentic taste without being overwhelming. I was really impressed with the flavor of the Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Green Curry Paste. It made it so easy to create a restaurant-style curry at home without needing a long list of ingredients. The flavor was rich, savory, and had just the right amount of spice without being overpowering. I also loved that it's gluten free and comes in a convenient jar that stores well in the fridge after opening. It paired perfectly with chicken, vegetables, and coconut milk for a quick weeknight dinner.

One thing I would improve is making the spice level options a little clearer on the packaging since some people may want it milder or hotter. I'd also love a slightly larger jar because we went through it pretty quickly after making a few meals.

Great!

Very good spice puree to add extra flavor to your meat of fish. I use it on beef , lamb and salmon and the flavored is at the next level. I really love it and I have been experimenting with it and add it on all my dishes and I expressed everyone who tried my cooking using it.

Amazing taste

I received this product for free through the BzzAgent sampling program in exchange for my honest review.
My family and I used this Green Curry Paste to make a Thai-inspired dinner with chicken, coconut milk, bell peppers, onions, and rice, and it turned out soooo good! 
I was pleasantly surprised by how much flavor this paste added without requiring a lot of extra ingredients. It had a nice balance of savory flavor with just the right amount of spice for our family. The curry tasted rich and authentic, and the smell while it was cooking made the whole house smell incredible. 
I also appreciated how easy it was to use. It helped us put together a yummy dinner without spending a lot of time and stressing about meal prep.  Everyone in my household enjoyed the meal, and there were very few leftovers by the end of the night. I would definitely use this product again and would recommend it to anyone.

Easy way to make a flavorFull curry at home

This is great to have on hand as it makes things very easy to whip up a quick green curry. It has a nice, deep, flavor and a moderate level of spice. I do recommend "frying" the paste before adding coconut milk to further deepen the flavor and bring out the wonderful, fragrant, aromas.

Tasty green curry paste.

I love this product! I usually make all recipes from scratch. However, when I really need to whip up a curry paste quickly, this is my "go-to" product. This is a great  green curry paste to use in certain dishes like curry chicken . This really tastes so well, not to spicy. My family really enjoyed this dish .

Great curry paste

I enjoyed trying this green curry and used it with grilled chicken and even mixed some into a Pad Thai I made. For me, it worked better as a sauce than as a marinade and added nice flavor to both dishes.

I was expecting a little more heat, but the flavor was still good. That said, I personally prefer Hai Kitchen's Red Curry, so I probably wouldn't buy the Green Curry again. I'm still glad I got the chance to try it and see how versatile it can be.

Nice but milder than I expected

Although tasty, I need a very mild spiciness and this was a touch too spicy for my tastes. I might have put it on the chicken too thickly so I will try it again in the future. If you can tolerate more than the mildest form of spice you should give it a try.

Not meant for my tender palette.

I got this and tried it a couple different ways .   1 option I found online said to put in a hot pan to release the aromatics and mixing with coconut water.  The other was as a marinade.   Both are easy options . I opted for thin sliced chicken breast on both .   I took 2 pieces of chicken for each option and tried pan fried and roasted on each.   My house smelled amazing .  Now to the taste test.  The hint of lime is great.  My only issue is it's a bit salty.  With it being chili based I expected it to be a bit more pepper forward and no where near as salty as it is.  I personally am not a fan of salty foods. But if you are I'm sure it's would be fantastic.    On the plus side this is a great option for making a tasty curry over making to grind and mix all the spices individually. I may try another of the options. This one's just not for me.

I received a free jar of Thai Kitchen green curry paste for review. I did not find it tasty. I used in a recipe that included curry paste, coconut milk, chicken, and veggies. The curry sauce was not spicy. It was bland and a bit sour. I tried adding extra spices, but the taste didn't improve .My other family members thought it was okay but not as good as other brands.
