I loved the ease of making the green curry with this paste! It's something I hadn't made at home but with only a couple additional ingredients, this became so much less intimidating. It's so aromatic and tasty! I added coconut milk, peppers, onions, and tofu served with a side of rice and had an amazing dinner ready in under an hour.

Easy and delicious

McCormick.com

I received a sample of the Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Green Curry Paste thanks to BzzAgent and I am so glad I did. I have never tried the green curry paste yet and I wasn't sure what to expect. It had great flavor and even my son liked it. He has gotten into Thai food lately so this came at a great time. It's easy to use and a great pantry staple to have.

Thai food made easy and delicious

(I received this product for free as a tester) I am a big fan of Thai kitchen products in general, and I usually get the red curry paste. I tried the green one for the first time as a product tester and I honestly enjoyed it! It has the same good texture as the red one, and tastes great. Tastes like you would expect Thai green curry to taste. I do recommend this product and I would purchase it in the future as well. Easy to cook with, inexpensive, tastes high quality.

Tasty Pasty

I recently tried this curry paste in a peanut butter stir fry and it was delicious. The paste was well-balanced and paired perfectly with the nutty peanut butter. I love that a little goes a long way. You only need to use a small amount of the paste for the flavor to come through in your dish. I'm excited to try this product in more dishes and will definitely buy it in the future. I got this product for free in exchange for writing this review.

Delicious

I used this paste as a soup base in a sweet and sour soup and it tasted phenomenal! It had a nice blend of spice and really gave off an Asian-inspired flavor. It tastes rich and authentic and made it so much easier than having to create my own curry paste. I highly recommend!

Spicy goodness!

This is a super smooth paste that is aromatic and tastes delicious. It dissolves very easily and is not grainy. The spouse level is not too much and easy to handle. I dissolves it in coconut milk and made a delicious sauce. I would definitely buy again!

Great aromatic spice

I really like this curry paste! It has a good amount of flavor and makes it easy to throw together a tasty green curry at home. It's not that spicy for me, but I like that you can adjust it depending on how much you use. I just wish the flavor was a little stronger.

really like how convenient this is!

I really enjoyed the depth of flavor this paste brings to curry dishes, and marinades. It saves a ton of prep time without sacrificing that fresh, herbs-and-spices taste.
The only real caveat is the heat level. While it was right on point for the adults in our house, it turned out to be too spicy for my kids. If you are cooking for a family with younger children or anyone with a low tolerance for heat, you may want to cut the recommended amount in half, tone it down with extra coconut milk, or set aside a milder portion for the kids before adding the full paste.
Final Verdict: Highly recommended for adults and spice-lovers! Just plan to tone it down a bit if serving little ones.

Excellent, Authentic Flavor, But Mind the Spice Level

Quickly browned 2lbs of chicken thighs. Deglazed pot with rice vinegar. Added two tblsp of Thai Kitchen green curry paste. Veggies and half a can of coconut cream. Set 16minutes on high pressure, released pressure and served over steamed rice. Great mild curry option.

Instantpot ease!

The small, shelf-stable glass jar is easy to store and perfect for quick weeknight meal prep, but we found it to be a bit Americanized and lack the flavor and heat we are looking for in green curry - especially one listed as "hot". If you want muted green curry for a broad palate, this is for you.

Convenience Over Flavor

Does not taste like "authentic" Thai Green Curry. Though 3 chili symbol on the sticker shows as "hot", the curry paste is not spicy, for an Asian. The 4 oz bottle that I received seemed to have more of Cilantro/Coriander and light Ginger. Cooked Thai Green Curry with onion, carrot, slices of Red bell Pepper, sliced fresh tomato and 100 ml full fat coconut milk. Taste was good, though not spicy. Used this cooked Thai Green Curry as side dish with dosa/pancake, Naan bread, chapathi/Roti, Upma, etc. It worked out well but I wouldn't buy again unless there was no other choice.

Not bad in a pinch, not my favorite

Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste jar with black lid containing green curry paste. The 112g label states it is gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO verified, and spicy, ideal for Thai and Southeast Asian cooking as a stir-fry seasoning or curry base.
