This paste is delicious. Add your protein of choice, veggies and some coconut milk and it's a great flavorful meal. I serve it over rice with a side of naan bread. We like our curry strong so I use the whole jar in my to-go recipe. I don't find it too spicy, but others might. The paste is made up of ingredients consisting of red chili pepper, garlic, lemongrass, salt, shallot, coriander root, and makrut lime peel.

I use Thai Kitchen products all the time. I would not be able to tell the difference between the GF and non-GF version. It is so tasty and I am happy to know that GF versions ov these sauces are available because there are so may people that need these varieties for their health and dietary needs.

I received this curry paste for free through the BzzAgent sampling program and I tried it in a chickpea curry. I really liked it! It added a lot of flavour and made the curry taste much more interesting without requiring a ton of extra ingredients. It was easy to use and worked really well with the chickpeas. I'd definitely buy it again and would recommend it to anyone who likes making quick, flavourful curries at home.

The flavor of this curry paste is spot on. The spices really stand out and create a rich, authentic red curry flavor without being overly spicy. I enjoy bold flavors but don't always want a lot of heat, and this had the perfect balance.

Compared to other curry pastes I've tried, this one tastes more authentic and has a cleaner, more balanced flavor while still being approachable for people who don't like a lot of spice.

I cook curry at least once a week but I always use curry powder. This is the first time I used curry paste, I was skeptical but after opening and smelling it I had high hopes and it didnt disappoint. I made chicken curry, it is not stoo spicy and very flavorful.I will definitely buy this more often. I received a sample in exchange of my honest review.

So Flavorful

I was looking for an affordable Thai red curry sauce and this one surprised me. The flavor is incredibly authentic - just like the other Thai brands I've tried, but without the high price tag. It's rich, fragrant, and perfect for curry, stir-fries, and noodles. Great value and great taste. Highly recommend!

Made Amazing Chicken Curry

I will start by saying it's no restaurant quality curry sauce but it's pretty dang good! I enjoyed the flavor complexity, the little bit of kick to it, and the smooth texture. Can be used on so many different dishes. I'd be interested in other flavors that they may offer!

Pretty good for store bought.

I tried cooking with the Thai Curry Paste, twice. The first time, I felt it was a bit too strong. My son didn't like it so much but I think that was more user error than the paste. The second time I added heavy cream and a couple of other things to my chicken dish and it was really good. Great for making dinner in under an hour.

Quick & Easy Dinner!

I love Thai food but I don't eat it often. I get it at restaurants but have been scared to try making any myself. Thank you to BzzAgent and Thai Kitchen for letting me try this red curry paste for free so I could get over my fear of trying. It is delicious and tastes fresh. The spice level is perfect and the color is vibrant. A little bit of it goes a long way but I do wish the jar was a little bigger. I can't wait to try more Thai dishes using this!

Fresh taste

I really enjoyed this red curry paste! It has a good balance of spice and flavor without being overwhelmingly hot. It makes it really easy to put together a flavorful Thai-style curry at home without needing a bunch of different ingredients. I also like that it's gluten-free. A little goes a long way, and the flavor blends really well with chicken, shrimp, vegetables, and coconut milk. Definitely a good pantry staple if you enjoy curry!

Very flavorful

Yet another thing I tried as an alternative to gochujang sometimes.  I love gochujang, use it whenever I do stir fry as the only sauce.  Big heap of it in the pan and it coats everything with its yummy goodness.  A little bit of heat, and great taste.

I had hoped this would be something similar, but it's not.  Sure, it does mix in better when you plop the paste in some spots on the food in the pan as you're finishing up the cook, but that is the only redeeming quality.

Taste?  Nothing.  May as well eat cardboard.

Spicy?  Nothing.  May as well munch a sugar cube for all the heat this has.

Definitely not worth getting.
