My daughter is obsessed with this show but it was leaving Netflix so I got her this for Christmas and she loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Science fiction so this series is great. I'll be watching it when I should be sleeping because I have work in the morning.

Great show, but the DVDs had many quality issues, many discs ended up skipping and having weird distortions, so disappointing

Great series, poor quality product

The series is a great show to watch and I am happy to have it on DVD.  Unfortunately when I opened the case, some of the plastic that holds the DVDs in place are broken and the DVDs are sliding loose in the case.

I am not at all happy with this purchase. It is advertised as 1080p.

Maybe ..MAYBE it's 480p

The pixellation and lack of sharpness make this unwatchable. 
And yes.... I have tried this on 3 different DVD players, all with the same result.

In addition, the menu is unusable; choosing an episode results in a slo-mo re-cap with black screen intervals while never playing the episode chosen from the menu.

I will be returning this. 

Very disappointed. I expected better, or at the very least the resolution promised in the ad.

Not As Advertised

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disc 3 of season 1 will not play. It acts like the disc is blank, it will not do anything when I put it in my player.
