I love this book, I can't believe the foods you can still eat that is considered healthy foods.(i.e. burgers and wraps).

I just purchased this cookbook as a tool in my ongoing battle to lose weight and eat/live healthier, and I must say I am very impressed! The recipes are simple, the ingredients are common, and there are many very sensible tips from both the creators of the diet plan and people who have had success using it. As I have only had this book for a few days, I have only had a chance to try a couple of recipes. They were very good, lots of flavor, and I am already thinking of simple ways to adapt them to keep meals varied. I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for easy ways to eat healthier meals and snacks...

Very simple cookbook...

I love the show and am very much into working out and healthy eating, so I thought I'd check this book out. I am always looking for new recipes. This book has pictures with the majority of the recipes which I like. I have made about 5 things out of it so far and every single one has been really, super good! My kids even liked it! I would definitely recommend this book, honestly, it didn't even taste like you are eating low fat! Yum, yum yum, I hope they continue to bring out future editions!

The Biggest Loser Cookbook

There are plenty of great recipes in this book that are very simple and easy to make with little effort - something that I need as a parent to 2 young children trying to make some time for myself. The recipes are catered to one or two portions, so you can't overeat. Overall a good cookbook that is not filled with fish and seafood recipes (especially since we are not seafood eaters). I definitely recommend this book.

Great Cookbook

I really appreciate the biggest loser coming out with cook books of food that is low-fat and low calories without sacraficing taste. The family book I purchased seems to have a lot more receipes that I prefer, but this one has some very good ones too.

Looking to Lose a few

I love the recipes and they actually taste good and fill you up.

BL Cookbook

This book has some great recipes that allow for healthy but tasty eating. As such, I would recommend. There is one drawback; however, many of the recipes require speciality items (i.e. items that you might not usually have in your kitchen).

Biggest Loser Cookbook Review

As I flipped through my new recipe book with high hopes of new meals I could cook for my family, I noticed many were fish and a lot of the entrees called for onions. I'm not a big fan of either of these, so it was a bit disheartening, but there are some good recipes I'm going to try.

Great if you like fish and onions!

We found it extremely difficult to find the ingredients required by the diet and extremely expensive. Additionally, the prep time was an ordeal as was the clean up. We would not recommend this product.
