Storytelling

For Gifting

Beautiful book! It's just the way I remembered it as a child. So glad it is still in print and easy to get!

walmart.com

This is a must for all children to know the true meaning of Christmas. Very close to the bible scriptures but easier for the child to understand. I had an old copy at home and was very pleased to still be able to find this book on line for a christmas gift to go along with the little people nativity scene we bought our granddaughter.

A must buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a classic hard cover style Little Golden Book. You get exactly what you expect from this type of book. Great binding, easy to read font, and easy to turn pages. This a a great little story with a classic look. Its a wonderful story fot this holiday season for kids and the whole family.

Classic Storybook

I BOUGHT THESE BOOKS FOR MY GRANDCHILDREN SO THEY WOULD TRULY KNOW THE REAL MEANING OF CHRIST-MAS & WHY IT CAME ABOUT. I DO BELIEVE THAT WE HAVE LOST THE TRUE MEANING OF CHRISTMAS. IT IS TO COMMERCIALIZED.
SO I WANTED TO BRING BACK THE TRUE MEANING WHY WE CELEBRATE CHRIST-MAS. MY GRANDCHILDREN AGES THE OLDEST IS 11 YEARS & THE YOUNGEST IS 16 MONTHS. THE STORY OF CHRISTMAS WAS MORE THEIR LEVEL.

IT IS A TEACHING TOOL

Wonderful gift -a Golden Book plus the story of Christ's birth.

Golden Books- Always a Winner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this book for my daughters decades ago. Bought this one for my grandchildren. The REAL Christmas Story!!

Golden Books are the best!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect. I have a 2-year-old and a 7-year-old grandchild and wanted to tell them the meaning of Christmas, as I remember the story, but needed help putting it all into words. I can now read the story to them with confidence and accuracy.

A Beautiful Story of Our Lord at Christmas

This is a classic. I remember reading this to our kids, and now our grandkids.

True Christmas story

The most important story of Christmas!! You should definitely read this to your children %26 grandchildren.

The reason for the season

The storyline of this lacks luster. It is biblically correct but is very dry. It does not hold the attention of my child not even the pictures are very child friendly.
