[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been struggling with the grief of losing my husband for over 8 years and just recently lost my best friend who was my cousin at 39 years old from cancer and then her mom passed 6 months later who was my aunt and I really cannot recommend this book enough it has helped me so much and I'm not even halfway through it yet.

Great book to help you through grief

This book teaches you the ways you could be covering up your grief to prevent moving forward in life. It also talks about the steps to move forward. It can be very heavy at times as it brings back the feelings necessary to help the recovery process  This book is very helpful to those who are grieving. I recommend this book to help you through these tough times.

Great book great service

After reading through this book I highly recommend this book for anyone suffering loss.  This book clearly points out grief has many other sources than a death.  I have discovered through  this book an unresolved grief issue from years ago has had lasting effects on me.  Now I can work this issue out and begin to feel better.  This book is a valuable asset to add to your home library.

This is a wonderful book that helps grievers learn tools to deal with their life grieving issues.  I am a trained Grief Recovery Specialist who  has facilitated classes for the last 15 years.
