She was excited for pockets and it was lightweight enough for our recent trip to Tahoe. She was able to fit in the XS and overall size fits just right where isn't too oversize and isn't too small either. She will definitely be able to wear this next year as well and most likely will be a hand-me-down to her younger cousins.

I don't know much about winter jackets because I live in Sacramento, CA. It's hard to find good jacket that actually keep me warm in my size: 4'11 98lbs. It's like it was made for me. I was amazed by it and I would buy more and more over again. I've even let my friends wear it and she's 5'8, it fit it with just one under layer too. She really liked it and said it kept her warm as well!

Looks cool, but not cold!

After shopping for a winter coat for a month my daughter finally selected this coat. She absolutely loves it. It is so lightweight she can carry it or put it in her backpack without any problem. The fit is perfect for her. She is a petite 11 year old ..about 4'-10" 70 pounds. I ordered her a size large so she has room to wear a sweatshirt underneath.

This jacket is great. Very comfy. I plan to order again but a different color and smaller size. I think It runs a little big. I got an XL, I'm 5'1 125 pounds and I can easily put a heavy sweater on under with a lot of room.

I use this product in almost any weather. I live in the atlanta area where the weather is very bipolar so when cold, it keeps me warm & when raining it keeps me dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the style and the fit of the jacket, however, this jacket is not designed for cold Minnesota winters. The fill was not enough to provide enough warmth when temps go below 20 degrees, and this jacket is not designed for playing in the snow, sledding, skiing to keep kids warm and dry. This jacket would be fine for states with winters warmer than Minnesota's sub zero days.

Not warm enough for Minnesota winters

Ordered this jacket online only to learn the quality was not as expected. The jacket was too thin, the material seemed very very low grade. Ordered an XL, unfortunately it felt like a Medium. Had to return, I'm considering going with the Nuptse instead.
