The product that arrived was an imitation of "The Ordinary Serum" that was ordered. Having already purchased this product in the past from Sephora, the seller is sending out fake serums. Since the ingredient list is a clone of the real serum, there is no way of knowing what is actually in the bottle that arrived.

Came late and arrived with mold. Unfortunately, it took me a couple of weeks to realize this, and I had already been using it on my face. I submitted feedback within the 30‑day period but never heard back from anyone. Very disappointed with both the product and the level of customer service.
