Most surface care professionals and homeowners classify the Gel-Gloss products and company as the “Surface Care Experts”. "The Original" Gel-Gloss polish and protector was made at the request of manufacturers of fiberglass products and cultured marble vanities. It contains non-harmful abrasive agents that remove surface oxidation and light scratches, while leaving behind a protective carnauba wax coating. The Original Gel-Gloss polishes, protects and restores luster while providing a long lasting protective finish. It can also be used on acrylics, corian, porcelain, ceramic and stainless steel sinks. “The Original” Gel-Gloss works great on tubs, vanities, sinks, showers, spas and countertops and is safe on glass and ceramic cook tops. Not recommended for natural stone surfaces. Apply Gel-Gloss to dry surfaces with a clean dry cloth. Rub into surface and allow it to dry to a haze. Buff off haze to a brilliant luster. Simple application process for regular use.

acrylic shower walls require specific liquid cleaning. gel gloss is recommended for this purpose. it quickly cuts thru built up soap scum and leaves a very smooth slick surface. easy to use regularly, makes the wall area quickly shed moisture. I also use a shower squeegee to quickly whisk off the wall and door areas.  I recommend  gel gloss for bath/shower areas.

this product was given to me by the cabinet maker when my home was built.  When I ran out, I was so happy to find it at Walmart.  Works great on my "marble" countertops in bathroom.

Does a decent cleaning job but doesnt polish. I was hoping to return a shine to my dull black sink but this did not do the trick. Useful for the fiberglass showe floor though.

Only Okay

After polishing the dried 'haze' away, I was expecting my laminate countertop to feel smoother and look a bit renewed but neither happened. Picked up another standard (cheaper) countertop spray - the kind you spray on and wipe off immediately and I achieved that renewed look immediately (with no elbow grease).

Over-priced treatment

Does not really make a difference on Formica countertops

Was easy to use but didn't see much results. My porcelain sinks are only 3 years old and they have no shine. I was hoping this product would restore their original gloss but I saw very little improvement.

Disappointed that it didn't give the shine…very little shine after 3  attempts!   I scrubbed the sink clean and it was bone dry and I followed the instructions.  I used this product more than 20 years ago with great results so I thought I'd try it again.  Bummer. I ponder if it's a different manufacturer now. When I find my other container at my other property,  I'll figure that out.
