Being big Pikachu fans getting the hat for free for a honest review is a awesome thing. My kids loved playing Pikachu with the hat but not so much the tail. The tail was a bit hard to function with. But we do highly recommend the hat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Pikachu accessory kit consists of a hat and a tail that has clear stretchy bands that go around your shoulders to secure the tail piece. It's bright yellow and the hat is a pretty nice size. My son wants to dress up as Pikachu this Halloween so I'm getting him some matching yellow pants and a yellow hoodie to complete the costume. I give it 4 stars since it's cute and convenient even though you need to add to the costume yourself.

Now the tail part is well different I don't like how it's made. It's like a clear rubber that goes on the shoulders and the tail seems more like a pillow. It's a cute idea but the tail just doesn't do it for me. But my youngest loves the hat and looks adorable in it. So those are my thoughts. The hat is adorable the tail in my opinion needs some work.
