Our 2yr old son is now OBSESSED with this movie, and to be quite honest, so am I! I bought this movie for him for Christmas, but couldn't resist "giving" it to him early. We have had it for less than 1week and probably watched it a dozen times already! He is soooo in to trains right now, and while this movie sends a great/positive message about the Christmas spirit and the belief in Santa Claus (which I love), it also REALLY focuses on the train in the movie itself! If your child or yourself are into Trains/ Steam Engines, this is DEFINITELY the movie for you! Also, I am truly AMAZED at the computer animation in this movie. So many movies produced this way end up with the animated people in the movie not even looking like real people... But the train Conductor CAN NOT be mistaken for anyone else but Tom Hanks. VERY IMPRESSIVE! It really is a well put together movie in every way, shape and form. Don't over think purchasing this movie... JUST GET IT!!

I have no issues at all with my movie I love the polar express and wanted to share my life for it with my son!

Great movie. Good story. Gonna be a holiday favorite for years to come.

This is a great movie to watch with the kids or grand kids every Christmas

A must watch

The Blu Ray was great. My complaint is with the condition of the case it was sent in - I feel Walmart sent their worst conditioned one, and I resent that. When we order without seeing the product, not being in the store to purchase, we have to go on trust. I feel my trust was misused here.

It took a little research to verify this was a authentic press of the move. Loading the disc in a BD drive the title appears as LOGICAL_VOLUME_ID. Usually most moves show as the title of the movie. Also this is a single layer disc and not a duel layer disc which is also a red flag. Most Blu ray moves of approximately 2 hours are about 30GB in size. This move is 10GB so this is a low bitrate press.

These days anytime I buy media from anywhere I am very diligent in examination of the product immediately after the product arrives (Never wait). I do this because of three big reasons. First to make sure it's an authentic pressed disc, Second to make sure the copy is functional and third if issues are present return it as soon as possible.

One final note is the paper insert has warped due to age but this is not a big problem and is expected

The DVD case was broken into pieces and the back of the DVD disk was smudged. I thought I bought this brand new from Walmart but it came from a third party of some kind.
