I bought this because it is much lighter than the cast iron kind. 
I use it often. I use it mainly to make stuff like teriyaki chicken with vegetables and with this I'm able to make a lot at once. I'm using it like a grill. it will also make a lot of grilled cheese at once. I am totally 100% happy with this item and I have not had any issues at all. Do I recommend it? I absolutely do.

I was glad I purchased this because it fits perfectly on my gas grill that I take camping. One side is for meat the other side you can do pancakes and scrambled eggs.

For a Nordic Ware product, I expected this to hold up a bit better.  It has a 4 star rating because it is still functional for what it's worth.  The grilling side is easily scratched up from using it on a flat top surface (for which it was designed) and other surfaces.  The griddle side has held up fine so far, but the entire thing has warped from only medium to med-high heat to cook burgers twice.  Overall, I think it is a good product with just a few flaws and worth it if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a cast iron one....

It is not "non-stick" I followed the instructions for preparation of the surface to the letter, yet my pancakes stuck to the surface. Complete failure. The surface heating is dependent upon your stove. If your electric stovetop does not have 4 evenly spaced heating elements, the griddle won't heat evenly. My stovetop (Fridgidare) has 5 unevenly spaced and different sized elements.

This pan easily shed its non stick after 4 uses. We hand washed every time. Aside from that, it warped really badly making it uneven and not lay flat after the 4th use on the grill.

BAD QUALITY

I read the reviews. It looked great - but it isn't. I've had it for 2 days and the coating is flaking off. I was careful and followed every instruction. I went back and checked the reviews again. This is what I have learned. The 5-Star reviews are "incentivized." If you filter those out, the real story is evident.

Don't Believe Incentivized Reviews

This bowed from day one! After first use it bowed and goes flat sometimes when using but most times does not. I love Nordic Ware normally, but this was very cheaply made and very thin. Not what I expected at all. From brand or material! After buying I actually told my father who gifted me another the same day, and I wish he hadn't wasted the money. They were both absolutely terrible! Do not buy.

The sounds was good and quality however a month after using it, it is unable to be charged to due to the metal piece inside the speaker went down the speaker .

The product is of very poor quality—it looks as if it were merely painted. The coating completely peeled off and stuck to the food. It is not recommended; do not buy it.

Within ten minutes of using it on a Coleman stove set to its lowest setting, the pan twisted and warped like it had been in a furnace.

It's nice and lightweight, this is true. But so poorly made to make itself useless after one camping trip.
