For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. Following the instruction mode IN THE FOUR and not in the microwave, I found the croquette "croquante" just in time. I thought, "It's going to float in the sauce, but no. Not at all. Very good ratio of "salmon" and sauce" which gives the same consistency as the chicken pâtés that my mother used to make with crushed potatoes. Really a VERY GOOD meal for less than $5!

Fish was tasty but the texture of the fish was too soft.
