Great book for someone learning to sew and is not quite sure on how to use sewing foot, type of materials for different feet etc....

Nice book with lots of information on use of basic feet and those extra feet we have all bought but neglected to use. Many pictures to go with the instructions and will be a good reference book for me. I recommend this book but I would suggest anyone wanting to buy a sewing book to check out MANY sewing books at your library and pick the one best suited to your needs. Then buy with no regrets.

lots of information easy to understand

I was slightly disappointed at the brevity of use instructions for attachments for my Viking Sewing Machine. I have some attachments, e.g., Hemstitch Fork, for which there are no instructions. In another instance, instructions for an attachment do not include how to secure it to my machine. All in all, it was an "ok" purchase.
