This series is one of the best ever made, in my opinion. The quality of the picture and sound is great. The dvds are a little difficult to get in and out of the sleeves within the package. It does make me long for integrity and accountability in the White House,  though.

I've wanted to buy this set for a long while but I held out hope the price would come down, and it did! Believe it or not I haven't seen one episode yet. I never watched it when it was on TV because at the time it didn't appeal to me, but it does now. It'll be comforting to watch a show based in the White House where things were more normal than today!

Best series ever!

This series brought me again to tears.  It's so timely.  Gave me hope.

West Wing

For me, well worth the purchase... wonderful box set that I will value for years to come. Not having to depend on finding (and paying) for a streaming source makes it well worth the purchase. In addition, sharing the series, with my grown children has been wonderful - humor mixed with seeing how U.S. government works.

Better Than Expected

Delivery was on time and perfect. No damage or other difficulty. My only recommendation to other buyers is to be aware that delivery times can vary, based on vendor and to take advantage of free delivery - it's not hard to find $35 worth of goods to order.

The item arrived much earlier than scheduled.  It was securely wrapped inside the shipping box.  The West Wing Complete Series DVD set box was in perfect condition and was wrapped in its original plastic from the manufacturer of the set, assuring me that it was brand new and had never been opened or disturbed prior to sale.  This is a VERY NICE complete set and worth the higher price that I paid for it.  The DVD discs are divided into two volumes and stored inside heavy-duty plastic cases, each containing the folding trays of discs.  I have already started watching the series and I am on my third disc at this point.  Everything works fine for viewing purposes and the quality is excellent.  I searched many various store sights prior to purchasing this product, seeing all kinds of variations available for sale, for the West Wing Series set and I am very glad that I chose this vendor and this particular item.

Great Product, Excellent Quality, Worth the Price

This was a present, so I really can't  say anything about the story except it is not my thing.

The value for money was brought down by the quality and picture.  It was very grainy, almost like watching an old 1980's VHS tape.

Pass on this and look for an enhanced version.

We have enjoyed watching the series, but due to the way the discs are stored in the container, Disc 4 is scratched and won’t play in our DVD player. We are missing 4 episodes in the middle of Season 1 after getting hooked on the plot! We hope that as we go, there aren’t more scratched discs.
