Non-medicinal ingredients: water, glycerin, sodium benzoate, xylitol, sodium citrate, citric acid, flavour (organic). Directions : Remove cap and fill dosage cap to mark. Vigorously swish rinse around and between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow.</li><li>Xylitol & Fluoride for strong, healthy teeth.Adults and children 6 years of age and older: use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Instruct children under 12 years of age in the proper use of the product and in good brushing and rinsing habits to minimize swallowing.
