Happy with the product it definitely works to keep the bugs away.  We use three at the same time, the Patio Shield and the Perimeter System simultaneously and it keeps a large area bug free. I've been recommending it to everyone and has been a game changer for time outside with my family.

Patio Shield Mosquito Repellent is the perfect repellant for any porch, patio, table to repel those mosquitos! The rose gold metal looks great with any outdoor decor. These canisters are so easy to use, just add the cartridge into the bottom and the repellant mat into the top part and turn on. No mess, no chemicals, no cords or batteries! The cartridge are self contained and nothing gets on your hands at all. Within 10 minutes, the mosquitos have disappeared within a 15 to 20 foot zone. These metal repellants are DEET free & safe. I would highly recommend the Patio Shield Mosquito Repellent for keeping the skeeters away!

Perfect for porch & patio and mess free!

This is my third Patio Shield, and I can't recommend them highly enough. These things just work. I set up two or three of them in a perimeter around my patio deck when entertaining, or just enjoying a cold one with a cigar. The difference is night and day. Flies and mosquitos don't like it at all. No smell, smoke, or bother. They are well worth it!

These Things Work!

I'm highly susceptible to bug bites, esp mosquitos, and typically have to limit my outdoor time and use strong bug sprays. We bought this prior to camping in a wooded area.  I did not need sprays and ended up with one bite!! It's amazing. We purchased the non rechargeable option for our camping trip and will be looking for a rechargeable option for home/daily use.  I strongly recommend trying this device.

Works wonders

God doesn't make mistakes but He came pretty close when He created the mosquito.  Thanks to Thermacell we have an outdoor space again to enjoy in the summer.

Answer to Our Prayers

The Patio Shield is something we always turn on when we are outside! The metal one is just a cosmetic upgrade that looks awesome to your outside patio deck. All patio Shields are awesome just a preference of color or finish!

In a group, I am the person that will have all of the mosquito bites.  Since using Thermacell's Patio Shield Mosquito Repellent, I can comfortably and safely spend time outside on my patio without any mosquito bites.

Amazing Relief!

The mosquito activity was slowed but not entirely removed from the porch area. Don't know if I needed better coverage, i.e. one unit at each end, but based in the 15ft recommendation thought one would have been enough. Probably was borderline on my calculation. I'll probably get another one and hope that takes care of all the mosquitoes.

I bought one for my porch, as I like to sit outside in the evenings and relax. The mosquitoes are horrible where I live and thought this would be a good choice, as Off! stopped making their best mosquitoe repellent. Boy was i wrong!! I've had a week and the mosquitoes are still biting me. Don't waste your money!

I did everything the directions said to do, even let it run about 10 minutes longer than recommended before I went out onto my porch. But the mosquitoes were unaffected, and I still was bitten.
Very disappointing.
