Spill proof. It does keep food warm do at least 5 hours. Bought this for my daughter so that she can have some hot lunches. It is hard to close the last tab for kids under 7.

Easy to use but doesn't hold heat as well as expected. We have preheated with very hot water and allowed to sit then add food that is also very hot but by the time we need the food it is lukewarm! We are only waiting about 4 hours or less!

Heat retention

I should have read the reviews before going to the store. Same as others, I discovered it doesn't keep things warm. I warmed it first with hit water, added hot soup, but when I ate the soup 4 hours later it was lukewarm at best...
And yes, it's  also not  the easiest container to close, but at least it doesn't spill.

Doesn't keep warm for the length of time indicated

I bought this and next day put the veg inside, but including me and my other 3 colleagues tried to open the lid, unfortunately no one was able to open it. Came home with the lid closed tried putting it under the water, no success at all. Very disappointed!

Wont open once closed

I bought this for my daughter, but it's incredibly hard to open and close. I'm not sure what's wrong with the lid or clips, but even as an adult, I struggle with it. We've tried using it both full and empty, but it doesn't make a difference. I'm disappointed because I like its design, but unfortunately, it's not usable for us.
