[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a 66yo woman and on my own. I ordered this base to replace mine that had worn out. It was cheaper than trying to replace different parts. The instructions were clear and I was able to remove and replace by myself! I was one proud lady!! Best of all....IT WORKED WONDERFULLY!!

Although I only need one small plastic part that was unavailable anywhere, I had to purchase the complete lower half of the toilet. Walmart.com had the lower half of the toilet in stock at a price that matched the lowest price that I could find anywhere and their shipping was the fastest. Ordering was easy, shipping was fast and the item arrived on time and in excellent condition.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking (and useful toilet base obviously), but assembly is another story. The directions were written and drawn by a 3 year old. It's hard to tell from the picture which way and which large ORing goes against the rotating ball. Also, there's another hard plastic white lock ring with a rubber black ORing on it... well it pops off and will not stay on. Directions mention ZERO about this. We had to pull up several YouTube videos to figure out which Oring goes where and ironically, the hard plastic white ring that keeps popping off is giving many YouTuber's problems. Which leads me to my final report... click and turning the base to the porcelain bowl binds up the sealing ORing (especially when the hard white pops off while you're trying to set, click and turn the base onto the bowl). It's a joke. They need to hire someone with at least a high school education to re-write and re-draw the poorly written instructions.
