We have completely replaced pads and she couldn't be happier! She doesn't have any sensory issues like with pads and zero leaks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having never tried period Panties in my 35 years of life, I was skeptical. Based on the size chart and reviews I read, I decided on size large. My measurements are 32" waist, 39" hips- mom bod. These fit really well however when I bent down/spread my legs, there is slight gaping that really worried me. However, after washing these, the gaping was gone and they were awesome to sleep in! I absolutely prefer these over thick uncomfortable pads or god forbid a tampon. If you are skeptical like I was, give these a try.  I received these complementary in exchange for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Thinx briefs during my last 2 cycles. I washed them in cold water and allowed them to air dry as instructed. They are comfortable to wear and I had no issues with leaking. I wore them on my heaviest cycle day and stayed home while trying them out. Was pleasantly surprised how well they worked. NO smell and I was never uncomfortable wearing them. I work them for 8 hours and changed them out. 

Next month I will wear them when I have to leave the house to try them out. It is my biggest fear to leak while out running errands but so far so good.

Great alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these for a while now, and I am pleased with them. I will say because of how heavy my flow is I add a pad in them. I don't have any leaks that way. Definitely recommend giving them a try.

Works good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wished they had these when I was younger. The period panties make life so much easier than putting on a pad or tampon every so many hours and not worrying when you sleep.  They absorb up to 12 hours and there are different levels of absorbtion panties. These are cotton panties.  They are machine washable delicate and dry low or hung dry.  I usually hang them to dry.  Thank goodness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these brief super are a life saver. i took time to really use this product before i gave a honest review and honestly it hasn't disappointed me at all. i wear these in the days im not sure when my cycle will come due to because my periods are soo irregular. i can now live stress free knowing that these briefs will save me.

Snug like a bug in a rug

Sometimes I have accidents while I'm sleeping and these really work for that. I would not wear them on a daily basis though. I feel like you have to change them any time you have to go to the bathroom.

The seams on the sides are leaking. This is against the very usefulness of this underwear...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being on your monthly period I prefer to be comfortable as I can possibly be. These have very very little stretch to them. That's a huge bummer for me. I tried them on the first day of my cycle as I am the only female in my division at work. So it's a little embarrassing when its that time of the month. They were really not comfortable at all and I bled through within just a few short hours of wearing them. They feel bulky and don't much venting to them at all. Meaning hot and humid days mean hot and humid downstairs. Yuck! I would rather wear a pad where I my panties vent enough for me not to feel all hot and bothered. 
These are unfortunately not for me.

Simply put... These are uncomfortable.
