If you liked the omen machine, you'll love this one. I don't wanna say too much, but it is simply awesome. I couldn't put the book down and the price is great too!

All in all a must read for a Goodkind fan!

I really enjoyed reading this book. I cannot wait for the next one. The entire series is superb.

Excellent Read as Always

Another great novel from my favorite fantasy author. From page 1, I was enthralled and didn't want to put it down! Terry Goodkind's books are far more than the typical, mindless, fantasy novel; they will speak to your heart if you give them a chance. The humanity, courage, and nobility of his characters are inspiring. "Your life is yours and yours alone. Rise up and live it!"

Mr. Goodkind does it again!

This new installation to the continuing story of Richard and Kahlan's adventures will definitely not disappoint. It's one of those books you just have to sit down and read in one setting because you just can't put it down!

Fantastic!

Having read the entire series (well everything T.G. has written) I have to say that I'll have to go through and read it again because I went through it so fast. Fast paced with several "ACK!" moments. I really can't wait for more.

Another excellent book

Terry Goodkind is by far one of my favorite authors! I have been reading his books for as long as I can remember. This book and gives us back the world of Richard and Kahlan that we have all come to love. Action, struggle, love and magic. Love, Love, Love!

This. Book. Is. AMAZING!!!! While I've been a big fan of this series for quite some time, I have to say, this is one of his best yet. Each book leaves you waiting for the next, with Mr. Goodkind's storytelling abilities wringing emotions out of you that you never thought you'd feel. You love these characters, this world, the structure of it. This is one that I could lose myself in for the rest of my life.

Next book in the greatest, most life impacting epic story of all time. Found the first book in a library book sale when I first moved to TN in 2003. To read this book is to read part of who I am.

Life fulfilling

I loved this book! It keep me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I couldn't put it down. I loved the way it tied into the past history of the Great War and the history of D'hara!

This like the others by Terry are wonderful books. They make you laugh, they make you cry, they make you want to re-read the entire series. Great job Terry!
