My son's name is Diesel so this was a must have. It's too bad he is a bully on the show. I prefer the wood over the diecast trains as they have bigger wheels and they don't tip over as easy when my son has several linked together.

Diesel is featured character in a lot of my son's favorite movies. The toy Diesel train looks exactly as she does on screen. I already know that these train pieces are great quality and stand the test of time and lead to lots of imaginative play!

The material is also well quality made out of wood like its describe on the plastic cardboard display when you buy it. This toy can be used as a present to a child who is really into trains and Thomas character. Trust me, your child will NOT be disappointed with this product.

And it works well with our Thomas Train Wooden train tracks. My boys have a lot of fun with their new train. The magnet part can connect with their wooden Thomas trains collection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My two-year-old son is obsessed with Thomas & Friends and was very happy to receive this toy.  What I like best is that it has a magnet that allows it to be attached to others in this set.  We have a few of the other pieces, and he has so much fun attaching them to make a larger train and then separating them. I like that he is able to see how magnets work safely, as a lot of magnetic toys aren't suitable for children his age. He also likes to play with it by itself, and it frequently accompanies us in the car and on trips to the store!  The quality is awesome as well! Another great toy by Fisher-Price!

Great Quality and Lots of Fun

They seemed to play, take a break and come back to it and have alot of fun playing. It would have been awesome to have a set or something included with the train like a mini stop or rails, but otherwise nice toy.
