This toy engine is beautifully designed, with vibrant colors and intricate details that make it look just like the character from the popular children's TV show.One of the best features of this toy is that it is motorized, which adds a new level of excitement and realism to playtime. Kids will love watching Ashima chug along on her own. Compatible with any wooden trucks as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thomas and friend trains are alway a hit in hour home! My son absolutely love this train set that he wouldn't even let me take a picture. The colors are vibrant and the parts aren't small that you would worry about your little one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2 1/2 year old son and 5 1/2 year old son loved the train! We don't currently have Thomas train tracks so we put the train on other tracks we have and it worked just fine! The train is slightly heavy and well made but it's also pretty powerful. It was able to tow the cargo that came with it and another metal Thomas character train from another set which is made of metal and heavy. It was also able to push the train and never derailed!

My boy loves trains and because we don't have the tracks yet, my boy decided to play on the kitchen floor. 
Honest opinion here: despite Thomas train is very cute and well made, didn't keep too long my almost 5 years old son attention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The train is pleasant to look at. I wish it was more vibrant in colors. It is very light even when I put batteries in it. It moved slowly, but I think it would move faster if I had a track to put it on. The train and the log piece were easy to attach, and the pieces held on tightly, I was not afraid it would come off. My children played with it for about an hour, then they played with other things. It did not keep their attention like I thought it would. I loved that it looked like the character. However, I do not think I would recommend this item.
