The actual product size is 3.5 x 2 x 2.5 inches. I was looking for something 13 x 10 x 6 inches as stated to go with another Thomas train previously purchased. I was very disappointed to receive items so small. Then after looking at them I saw that the wheels roll very easily (A must have! I had asked this question but never received an answer & then ordered anyway.) and the size was very good for little hands. I am very happy with this Percy and I had also ordered Diesel & Harold at the same time. I would recommend these for a Thomas loving toddler. Tried to then order Thomas but was sold out online & not available in the 2 Walmart stores I checked. I ended up ordering Thomas from Amazon where the price was $9.99, Twice the Walmart price.

I rated this poor for meets expectations because the size is by far not what is stated but if you know what you are looking for you will be happy with this product. There are no real learning features with this toy.
