1 quart covered a 5 x 8 treated lumber utility trailer beautifully. I let the wood season during the months to dry it out. August was the time I could do it and I did it on August 1. Nice product to work with really generated the wood, I will keep you posted how that works out after a year or two.

Easy to apply - works like magic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smooth application to wood surfaces that are properly sanded. Soap and water clean up to your brush afterwards. Very happy with 1 application.

Good but pricey

Not sure how effective it will be but copared to the original formulation the application is much more messy and the finished product on my marble and stone statuary was not clear and id not give me the glossy, wet look that the original product did. I'm hoping this will wash off and I can apply a different sealer that will give me the look the original product did. Very disappointed.

Will not use again.

Use at your own risk/demise. You will be upset once you have re-do your deck the following year. It  quickly fades but leaves the top layer partially peeling off after just a year and it loses water repellency quickly. It's the worst sealer I've ever purchased. I will later add photos.

Once applied, this sealer caused dark streaks to form on your driveway that we are told may or may not disappear over time!  I do NOT like the way it looks on my driveway and ceased using the product once it became evident what was going on!

Do Not Buy for Concrete Driveway!

Says it goes on to clear drives White I don't know how much longer it has to drive because the white residue is dry to the touch the stuff used to be good now it's junk

Crap

First time I have used Thompson water seal since it went water based. Will never use again. Bring back the old formula. I use to apply it all the time, loved it. New water based formula sucks. Will not buy again.
