I bought this as a foft for my boyfriend and he loves it! The sleekness of the design and the gunmetal color are very appealing to the eye. The knives are a good weight and have a good solid handle. it was exactly what he was looking for when he mentioned wanting a good knife set.

Obsessed with this knife set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this purchase. It looks great on the counter. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality as well. I would definitely recommend this knife set to anyone looking for a great set without wanting to spend a ton of money.

Beautiful knife set. Well sharpened at the exit of the box. The whole is well anti-slip. Knifes are marked with water if they are never wiped after cleaning.

Knife

They look and sound like a great knife set online. As someone who works a lot and doesn't love being in public I do most of my shopping online. I'm pretty shocked that this set has a 4.5 star rating. 
The block is made of a very soft wood that you could dent with your finger nail. The finish on the wood has a strong older to it. I received the set with many dents and dings in the wood block. The finish on the block has many flaws in it as if it was wrapped in plastic before it was done drying. The block will quickly have knife pokes around the slits where you place the knives. The knives don't fit in the slits well and all the knives sit in the block crooked. The knife set its self also has flaws in the finish. Even after washing the finish has lines in it again as if they were put in plastic before they were dry? The knives function just fine and do their job. I bought them to replace my 20 year old knife set and if I'm being honest the 20 year old knife set looks nicer than the new set. The only thing that looks nice on the set is the company brand logo. If they put as much care into the quality of the product as they did in the logo I'd probably have a beautiful knife set that I enjoy cooking with.
