Overall Quality

Designed for sensitive skin and fragrance-free.

Removes difficult food and grass stains easily.

Can be affordable, but also steep for certain features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like Tide Free & Gentle. It cleans clothes effectively without add dyes or perfumes, leaving them fresh without a strong fragrance. It's a great choice for sensitive skin. It has a highly concentration, it creates a rich lather and it is a powerful stainremoval.

Gentle on skin, tough on Dirt

tide.com

This tide without the perfumes and dies you get more for your money and it's still does cleans very well

Very good does not irritate skin

walmart.com

My husband has allergies, and this is the only detergent we have found that works for our family. We can use Tide free and gentle, laundry detergent on all the laundry because it gives him no harm. This laundry detergent keeps our clothes, clean and fresh!

Best of all!

I have allergy to scents and I appreciate the free and gentle by Tide

I have finally found a laundry soap that doesn't have dyes or fragrance that actually cleans my clothes. My skin doesn't break out in a rash using this Tide!

My skin is happy!

Tide is one of the name brands I have to stick with. Most Great Value or Equate brands work just as well but Tide gets our clothes clean and fresh. Although, I prefer a scented Tide, I have to get Tide Free in the liquid for husbands allergies.

Tide Free

This Tide works like the older type during 50s/60s/late 70s, until they "new %26 improved"/ "upgraded" the product! Now, can again use with NO reactions, no problems with residue, etc.: Perfection!
Thank you Tide for returning to the best ever!

I like everything about this product as far as no skin irritation, no perfume-y smells, no parabens. The only thing I watch for is that occasionally, the white foam residue from the detergent doesn't always rinse off in the final rinse. Seems to be no rhyme or reason why or when. I make sure there's an appropriate amount of water for the load size; I measure the amount of detergent; and I use the proper wash setting. But sometimes there are still white foam streaks on some or all items. I just run the affected items through another rinse and everything turns out fine. But I hate using the extra water.

Very good product with one caveat

Tiny bottles..didn't know Tide cam this small. I need to be more careful reading product info.

If you are extremely sensitive to products, this is not for you because it has fragrances in it even though it says it's free and clear that's not true. I bought this back in May and I've had a problem “downstairs.” where I went to my doctor regarding it she just told me it was acne. Come to find out it was this that was breaking me out tremendously now I'm on antibiotic, but if you're super sensitive, I do not recommend this product.

Extremely sensitive skin-bad idea

Tide Free & Gentle Liquid Laundry Detergent, Tide Laundry Detergent, Clean Laundry Detergent, 1 Litre, 25 Wash Loads centered front view of a 1 L Tide bottle with white cap and Free & Gentle label; fragrance-free, no added dyes or perfumes, dermatologist tested HE formula for all machines and water conditions, suitable for sensitive skin and often used to pre-soak baby clothes or athletic garments.
