I recently switched from the original Tide to this Clean version, and I couldn'tbe happier. It gives me peace of mind knowing there are no fragrances and dyes. Despite being gentle, it's as effective as the original using the same amount per load. It's better in every way; for my washing machine, my skin, and the environment. If sustainability matters to you, make the switch.

Sustainable and powerful

I love this product to use on my baby's clothes, it's great for sensitive skin and does not leave a residue on clothing. Very concentrated so a little goes a long way and it does not get very sudsy in the machine which I like sudsy but if there's a scent which this one is for sensitive skin so obviously it's unscented. I don't think there is a point to spend extra money on baby detergent especially after seeing reviews for some of them. You're better off just sticking to something like this. The packing is convenient I just throw in the cap whenever I do the laundry and it cleans it out for me as well.

Great baby safe detergent

Tide is my go-to laundry detergent brand because I know it cleans very well. This free and gentle version is no exception. No matter what wash cycle or water temperature you use, your clothes will be super clean. Over time there is no build up of any residues, which is one less thing for me to worry about. I have very sensitive skin and some laundry detergent fragrances really irritate my skin so I always know free & gentle without a scent will be a safe option for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this Tide Free and Gentle gives you the same level of clean you expect from Tide, but without the fragrance and dyes! As a mom with a sensitive baby, house full of pets, and a spouse that does hard labor it can be challenging to find a detergent that works for everyone. I need a detergent that's safe for baby and pets, gets the stains out of my husband's work clothes, and removes all the odors. This detergent exceeded my expectations. Clothes smelled clean, not covered with fragrance, just clean. Stains such as marker, chocolate, strawberries, all gone!

The latest bottle we purchased now has a scent to it. Ruined! Will never purchase again. Whatever executive decided to add scent to an unscented/free and clear product should be tossed into a volcano. I’m not the only one- lots of recent reviews at multiple retailers saying the exact same thing. Tide ruined this product.
