Features clumping action for effortless cleaning.

I now have four rescue kitties and was using crystal litter, but it's too expensive having to get enough for four animals.  So my vet recommended I use Tidy Cats clay litter but to get the non-clumping kind.  My cats went for it right off, and they've refused other litters I tried.  I'm not noticing any more odor with this than with the pricey crystal litter either.  It's easy to clean out as well.  I'm adding a little baking soda to it just because there ARE four animals using the boxes.  I'm also fostering 7 kittens who are now litter box training, and they like this stuff as well.  Each of them has now made a deposit in their box :)

While it's Bulky and difficult to handle it grants a supply for multiple box changes. I prefer the non clumping because of having  kittens and I find it easier to sift for between changing hygiene.

I love the product but the way the product was delivered by FedEx was not pleasant. FedEx dropped it at my mailbox which is about 2 miles from my house on the road and anyone passing by could have picked up the packages.  I wish Walmart would NOT use FedEx!!!!!

Purina Tidy Cats

It's the size I'm not happy with. If you buy the 30 lb bag the clay pieces are smaller in size than the 40 lb bag. The smaller size works better than the larger size pieces of clay because I threw more away using 40 lb bag. I did an experiment with different size bags and different brands of non clumping. I also think I'm getting the .1% of dust in all the bags I buy. This would be my only complaint about the 40 lb bag.

Not going into detail on why we use this here since I wrote another review for the other Tidy cat 24/7 non clumping sold by Walmart.com so it can be seen there and the two work, feel and smell about the same.

I just want to comment on how expensive this is now when it used to be the same price as the Tidy Cat 24/7 non clumping. It's not worth the price difference since they both smell about the same even though this one says it's unscented. You also pay almost double for less litter using this instead of the 24/7 non clumping.  Why do we pay so much more for them NOT to add scent?

Too expensive for what it is

This is not the same Non Clumping tidy cat you are used to with Purina supplying out
for cat litter.  40 lb bag does not have the same material in bag as the 50 lb bag bought
at another store same title Non Clumping instant action, too many little dust pieces in 40 lb bag.
Not same quality for Walmart from Purina on this product.

i won't purchase again. i thought i was getting the small absorbing litter. this isn't like the one i usually buyi doesnt absorb odors like the other. i doesn't clump up either.

It smells. It's hard to clean. I went through it in 4x the speed I do with clumping litter
