This is my 3rd water heater but first one that's Tiger brand. Had a Salton before that lasted about 5 years. Hope this one is worth the much bigger price tag. So far I'm loving the large capacity and energy saving options!

Great features and so convenient

This was a replacement for one that we had for 11 yrs and are so happy.

Wonderful purchase.

I do find the Tiger boiler to be similar in major features that most would use such as various temperature modes, LCD display, non stick interior, sleek exterior. We do use the water boiler daily for tea, coffee, noodles, etc... and it was easy to switch to the Tiger brand.

Tiger is a winner

I had the same brand of hot water dispenser 5L for 13 years, it worked great. I ordered the same brand and it was delivered on Nov., 26, 2020 which was on sale. Unfortunately, the water dispense part doesn't work properly, sometimes, it stops in the middle during dispensing and I have to retry it again. Another thing is that the closed slap at the top doesn't close properly, a bit disappointing. It is still usable, but the quality cannot be compared with the old one. Perhaps I was unlucky to get a defective item. My daughter bought the same brand two years ago, hers works great.
