The PIF-A30U with 3 litre capacity and a sophisticated white exterior from Tiger’s water heater family features the brand’s innovative and energy-friendly VE (Vacuum Electric) technology. The VE feature refers to the double walled vacuum insulated structure combined with electric heat that facilitate temperature preservation with minimal energy usage. The hot water dispenser is great, it keeps the water hot for quite a long time, even when it is turned off!  Controls are easy to use, quantity of water is ideal, very happy with the purchase.

Great product!

Very pleased with this purchase. It works great so far (it's been a few months). It's light but sturdy and well designed (it could have an improvement on how to discard water to refill it in a more practical way.

Good quality

Beter improvements in noise isolation than the old one which I boughted and used before. There is no noise while heating water to boil.

We just got this and I absolutely love it! The timer feature is great, just set it before bed and your hot water is waiting for you in the morning. No more kettles for me!

Love this product!

Does the job and priced ok. Didn't expect the inside liner to be made of plastic. Nothing in the specs or description me too ed this. A bit on the small side but otherwise a good product.

Good product and good price.

I've had 3 of these in the past and they each stopped working after 2 years. I wanted to get another one this year, thinking it would work fine, but it started to rust after only 2 weeks of use. I wouldn't recommend this product. It's safer to use a regular kettle.

Disappointed

It worked great and was used daily.  However... the non stick inner coating in the metal reservoir began to peel off after 1 year of use.  Not a small section, but 2  large sections about 3-4 inches in length at the bottom of the reservoir.  We have hard water in our area and it was cleaned routinely as directed by the instruction manual.  The inner coating should not peel off after 1 year.  I would never buy this brand again.
