My husband and I love this game. We play it quite often and we always have a blast.
When we were just learning the game we used mulligans to learn what the controls, angles, and how hard to hit the ball.

I would definitely add it to your Wii collection

The game is soooo much better than Super Swing Golf 2 (which I rented and was terribly disappointed). The graphics are great and I really enjoyed all the features especially the power swing feature. I don't play real golff but this game made me want to start. There is also a great feature in which you can guide the ball a little bit with the Wii remote, if you over hit you can make the ball stop before it rolls off the green. It's a really good feature especially when I was playing against year-round golfers in my family. I highly reccomend this product to everyone and the controls are easy enough for kids to play and enjoy as well.

I bought it today and really enjoyed it!

One of the major drawbacks about video games is that once you beat them, you get tired of them quick. This game, even on easy mode is challenging. I can see myself playing this game for a long time I am currently on the Fed-Ex Cup and trying to qualify for the PGA Tour, so I have a long way to go.
I also love the fact that you can come up with your own player and pretend that you are in shape and great looking.
I recomend this game to anyone, golf fan or not.

Great Game

This game, while not true golf, can be played in any weather condition. If played with optional golf club attachment has a pretty authentic feel as far as swinging and ball control goes. Easier to putt but a great, fun game that you can play for really cheap, as opposed to traveling across the world.

Great game

AWESOME GAME. I bought this shortly after I bought my Wii and I'm glad I did. It's very realistic especially if you have surround sound. Graphics are better than I expected and sound quality is excellent! A VERY fun game and you don't need the Nunchuk so you don't have to buy an extra controller.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08

Love this game....it is like playing the real game...only recommendation, it is more fun if you know how to play golf. Golfers understand the different lofts of each club, hazards, reading the breaks and so forth...must have for golfers, not so much if you don't golf

Tiger rocks

While I'm actually a bigger fan of basketball and football, but I have to say that Tiger Woods golf is a terrific game, better than Madden or NBA Live. The game play is relatively simple (especially compared ot the issues with NBA Live). The courses and the sound effects are terrific. It takes terrific advantage of the Wii controller, and doesn't even require the Nunchuk.

Terrific game

This game is fun to play. I get frustrated because I can't hit it in once I get to the green but that is probably because I am terrible at golf. My husband and son's love it. My 7 year old is amazingly good at it. I would recommend this product if you even slightly enjoy golf or think you might like to play golf.

A Great Game

Interface is terrible but game play is good, except for a few swing bugs. Overall best sports game on Wii so far.

I have always love the Tiger Woods franchise. I was hoping to the series would use the wii controls to their advantage. All I have to say, is that they didn't, at all. You always swing the same percentages....it's usually either 108%, 96%, 66%. I don't even think it is possible to hit a normal 100% shot. Thankfully, you can just use the old analog controls, which is what I do. I don't even bother with the wii remote. So other than that, the game is actually pretty good in terms of courses and content. It's just that the motion sesnsor controls is EXTREMELY disspointing.
