Timing yet to come

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience with the product is mixed.  The earbuds connect to my phone easily and setup was easy.  my major problem is that the translation at times is completely different from what was said.  The earbuds will stop translating in the middle of a conversation.  At times it is hard to get the buds to start translating, you will have to keep disconnecting and reconnecting to start a conversation.  I think the product will probably get better with the next update.  I will definitely be interested in trying the next version of the product.

My experience with the Timekettle device has been extremely disappointing, and I do not recommend purchasing it. I encountered several issues that completely hindered the product's usability:
Comfort and Functionality: The Timekettle earbuds do not fit properly in the ears. Every 30 seconds, I had to reposition them to prevent them from falling out, making their use uncomfortable and impractical.
Translation Issues: During conversations, one of the earbuds frequently stopped translating audio, which disrupted communication. Additionally, the device's artificial intelligence does not support translation into Brazilian Portuguese, severely limiting its usefulness. When performing searches, the device failed to provide adequate responses, highlighting a significant flaw by the manufacturer, Timekettle.
Unstable Connection: The Timekettle device constantly disconnected after just a few minutes of use. For instance, during a convention, I had to wait 9 to 15 minutes for it to reconnect to my phone, which was highly inconvenient.
Other Recurring Issues: Beyond the problems mentioned, I faced frequent malfunctions that do not align with the promised quality. Unfortunately, due to limited time to test the product before a trip, I was unable to return it within the allowed period.
I invested approximately $180 in a product that does not deliver on its advertised promises. The marketing created high expectations, but I feel misled by the poor quality and functionality of the Timekettle. If I were to rate it, I would give it a 2 out of 10. I urge the company to review the product's quality and be more transparent in its advertising to prevent other customers from experiencing the same frustration.
I look forward to a response and, if possible, a resolution to this matter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received the M3 Buds.. i charged them.. to full charge.. the problem with my set is the right ear bud only works for 10 minutes and goes dead the left one works ok.. so i probably got a bad one.. but you never can tell if these are reconditioned or what.. so I'm not happy about this.. it's not Walmarts fault it's... TimeKettle's poor quality control.. is to blame...

I bought this for a trip and I wanted to be able to speak withy MIL who only skeaks Arabic. I speak English. I did not work. It is not good for conversations. In order for it to pick up you have to speak loud and slowly. Otherwise, it will not catch your whole conversation.
