This frame is beautiful, very well made. I will hang it proudly on my wall.And I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a frame.
It was also extremely well packaged.

Timeless frame

Beautiful frame, and came packaged perfectly, so that there would be no damage during shipping.

The frame quality is garbage. I'm not sure what material it is, certainly not wood. It's more like compressed and baked coal dust. It disintegrated before it was even out of the plastic, crumbling into pieces and that black dust material.

Unfortunately, I bought this through one of Walmart's "marketplace" vendors Wayfair, and Walmart's return policy in this case is "not our problem, talk to them." I tried out Walmart's Shippingpass with this, too. Foolish of me to compare Walmart to Amazon when it comes to backing products covered by their special shipping plan—Walmart is no Amazon. 

So, now I have to go to Wayfair—where, mind you, they have no record of the order number—and see if they'll correct the problem.

Important lesson learned: Never order from Walmart online. I canceled their Shippingpass as well. Lousy experience, and what a lousy picture frame!
