Watch Technology

If you're a man with even the slightest fashion sense then you know that typically there is a time and place for every accessory. That makes it all the more rewarding when you find one that can be worn across multiple settings and for any occasion. This Timex Easy Reader is the epitome of a casual watch that works as the perfect wardrobe component for a diverse array of environments. Its black band is made of a strong calf skin which makes for a slick but bold appearance. This aspect is what makes this timepiece perfectly fitting for a more formal setting or event. It would go well with any business suit or button-down trousers for while you're on the job.Its casing is fashioned out of sturdy brass that's 35mm wide and 8mm thick. Not only does this promise superior durability but its dark shade of grey adds a cool yet refined edge as well. Its arabic numerals contribute to its casual aura in a straightforward kind of way and the black details create a subtle yet noticeable contrast against the white dial. The dark features especially add to the robust look of this watch making it fitting for your daily informal dress code or a night out with the guys. Not only does it look tough on the outside but it's also built to be resilient. Its dial is guarded by a mineral crystal and has a water resistance of up to 30 meters / 100 feet / 3 atm so neither water nor wrangling will disable this bad boy. In addition it uses a quartz movement promising accuracy and requiring little upkeep. The structure of this timepiece is an ideal mixture of simple laid-back and gallant with its tough makeup and its bold guise it'll do for any activity.

Features large numbers and illumination for easy viewing.

Can be comfortable with leather option, but also stiff and small for some users.

Offers a close, secure fit around the body.

I have been looking for a watch for my elderly father for the longest time. He wanted a watch which was easy to read without his glasses. After his Swatch watch broke down , he couldn't find one to suit his needs. He has many other watches like Movado, Longines, Seiko and we recently boughy him a Skagen but none of them were easy to read without glasses. Finally I found this watch at Walmart.com and ordered it for my dad.He loves it!!! He can read it from afar and he absolutely loves it! For all those people who want something easy to read than this is it!!!

walmart.com

My first watch. Was looking for something that looked simple and nice, but at a reasonable price. Was a bit wary, thinking it might be too big (I have very skinny wrists), but it is a perfect size. Nice fit, comfy, easy to read, and most importantly: looks good. It's nothing too spectacular, but that's the look I was going for. Excellent watch.

Simple yet classy

Got this for my husband for Christmas. He wanted an every day watch, not a dressy watch so this was a good fit for him.

He likes the wristband as it is comfortable and fits well. He especially likes the easy to read dial and the night light as he has used the button that lights up the watch face several times at night. He is very happy!

I like how nice it looks on him.

Also saved money by buying online and picking up at the store. No shipping costs. A win-win for me!

Excellent Christmas Present

This was a gift to my 89 year old father in law for his birthday. He does have some trouble seeing so the larger face is perfect. He loves the Indiglow factor also.
He said he didn't think they made such good watches anymore.

Oldie but Goodie

I bought one of these watches in 2002. No typo! 2002! It finally stopped working. It was my fault it stopped working.; should have gone to a jeweler's to get new battery. "It takes a licking and keeps on ticking."

Great watch. Lasted 21 years until I broke it.

For an inexpensive watch Timex has always been the leader. This one is as usual. The white background with black numbers and hands makes it easy to read at a glance. Throw in a 10 year battery and watertight and you have a perfect everyday watch.

Times, excellent, as usual.

No fuss uni-sex watch. Affordable and dependable.

Great looking watch. The face size (35mm) is what I wanted and now have.

Happy Hapy

Wear this everyday. Have always liked Timex. Was my first watch 60 years ago.

It takes a liken and it keeps on ticken....

I like the watch but it is kind of small compared to a Waterbury Automatic which is what this temporarily replaces. If INDIGLO is activated there is a dark dimple underneath number six. Thus, the poor review.

I like the watch but
