it came in a tore up box  but the glider was okay

Once received the slats on the seat had to all be re-screwed as they were falling off.

Not in great condition upon arrival

Very uncomfortable, I even put the thickest pad on it but still very hard to sit on.

Very hard

This item is horrible quality. Upon opening the box to assemble, the pre-assembled pieces (the planks across the seating portion) were all falling off, and there were loose screws in the box. I tried putting this back together, but once again the screws fell out. Mind you, I'm talking about the screws that were supposed to be pre-assembled. 

When it came to assembling the other parts, the instructions are poor, the pre-drilled holes in many cases are too large, so the bolts fall out, and the cams cannot tighten them. Unfortunately, I had already ripped up the box and pulled the pieces out for assembly, so that makes a return difficult. I don't live near a Walmart store and don't have a box to ship it back. So, I'm stuck with it! A call to Customer Service didn't result in any helpful resolution of the issue. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn't pay 1/5 of what I paid for this piece of junk.
