The plates cannot be removed so it's very difficult to clean. I won't recommend this to buy. You cannot have both with this appliance. Hygiene or Electric shock? Choose one

Very small pocket to add food.   More than a slice of cheese and ham will cause everything else to leak out the back.    Very difficult to clean.  Save yourself the money just fry up a grilled cheese in a pan

To be honest, this sandwich maker is not worth the money at all. It's quite small in size, and the filling keeps spilling out, making it a waste of both time and money

This toastmaster is trash! It stopped generating heat to toast after the first use. I demand a refund!

Do not buy

Not working properly as cheese inside the sandwich is oozing out and cleaning of the equipment is quite tough.
