[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very intuitive when you finally figure out how to set it up. 

I tried for an hour to get things set up and eventually asked my 9 year old. It was a hassle but now that's it's set up it's really neat. It freaked me out the first time its arms and legs popped out and I'm not sure how to control all of its faces and emotions. I think the angry face is a little scary but my kids have been fine with it. The apps seem to work well. This is my 5 year olds and even though he can use all the features, I would say it might be better for someone a little older or someone who has a lot more screen time. It's got a huge face but it's not super heavy. Charging is easy enough. Overall since both of my kids really love it, I'd say it's a good watch. Much more expensive than a regular watch but cheaper than an actual Apple Watch or something like that. This mimics mom and dads watch which is what I wanted. Camera feature is really cool.

I bought this for my granddaughter shes 5 years old...she loves taking pics and videos ..I researched the item before purchasing it and I love it ... you can go to YouTube search tobi watch and you can see all the cool effects this watch can do ...your going to want to buy for yourself lol.... this would make a great Xmas gift for the lil ones ....I recommend this watch to my co workers and they all bought it as a Xmas gift for their lil ones...they saw the video on YouTube and fell in love with the watch..

Fun Watch

It was so easy to order the D.V.D.S I wanted for a good friend for Christmas, and also to get the Tobi Smart Watch I wanted for my grandson.  Within an hour one of the items was on my doorstep!!!  So  happy!!!

This Tobi Robot Smartwatch has definitely been the centre of my boys attention since they arrived! There are so many amazing features to explore and play with. Some of our favourite are counting steps, playing games, taking photos and the very very handy timers. The toothbrush timer has absolutely changed tooth brushing time in our house, the boys put the Tobi timer on and now enjoy this every day routine now! They are always in competition to see who has done more steps and snapping photos on their little gadgets. Absolutely amazing toy!

Hello, I am using the firmware software to try and update my children's watches and it's giving me an error: "the underlying connection was closed. an unexpected error occured on send" when the program is attempting to download the update. Please advise.

There were no detailed instructions on how to operate everything. once we did figure it out we used it for our 6 year old, to start being aware of the time. He also found match games.

We are returning the watch - the face is way too big for her wrist and too complicated to use.  The inset button has to be depressed to activate, and it's not easy for an adult to do! We LOVED the idea and the many functions; they were just not realistically accessible.

Not what we expected!

Definitely not for small kids under age of 10 years due to its huge size. Operating button is the hardest things for the thing to press and also its positioned wrongly and hard to reach by tiny fingers.
It came with two types of wearings, stand cover and wrist belt and the funny part it the kinds can't swap them by self, its pretty hard to remove and put another one..if you force to remove its simply tearing off..!! 
Definitely not happy with design and material, But it has got more features then a regular smart kids smart watch, more learning math games  etc...

Not so good..!!
