The Tommee Tippee Groclock sleep trainer uses colors and pictures to help children who are too young to read an ordinary clock, to understand when it’s time to sleep and when it’s time to spring out of bed and play! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started using this with my 2yo who was getting confused on day/night with time changes. It's simple enough for her to understand to lay in bed until "the sun comes up" and if its stars are still out to stay tucked in. It's still a work in progress, but this definately helps her have a visual! It has a soft glow that doesn't seem to bother her either. Would recommend for your littles who are able to get in and out of bed on their own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been STRUGGLING to get my toddler out of our bed and into her own for quite sometime now, so when I saw this I jumped on it! It has been an awesome addition to our nighttime and naptime routine and makes her feel more independent too! And that helps mommy and daddy sleep better, Happy baby equals Happy Mommy! I will say that the light can be a but bright at times but I have learned to kind if adjust that by turning it by a certain angle, but so far so good!

We've had this clock for a few days now and so far has been working as intended. My son wait for the screen to change and then he gets up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That is amazing clock for kids,at first of all it is easy to use for kids,and  kids can learn how to use clock it is entertaining for them.They can adjust night light and also bedtime and nap times,fun for them to watch stars moving.It also has a digital clock option.But the most amazing part is that has bedtime story book included,my kids loves playing it every night.If you want you child to learn how to use alarm clock that is the best option for them and easy to use it.

Very cute great for toddlers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 3 & 4 year old boys love their new clock, they've always been one for waking and wanting to get up really early, so I was hoping this was going to help with that. Unfortunately my 3 year old just ignores the clock but it definitely helps my 4 year old not get up so early in the morning. It's simple for them to understand day & night with the different colours and they love seeing the owl on the clock. It's really easy to set up, my only dislike is having the have it plugged in as it just means another loose wire in their room, I think I would have preferred it to be battery to be charged up but still it doesn't stop us using the product in hope for my 3 year to start paying more attention to it too!

Kid likes "putting the owl to sleep" and usually responds well to the light in the morning.  He does not like the blue light, so we appreciate being able to turn it off completely at night.
I would not have kept it, however, if he hadn't liked the owl, as, although the concept is good, the interface and functionality of the item is ridiculous.  It is not intuitive to set, requires manual activation at night (which has become a routine, but is silly that that has to be the case), has no way of delaying the alarm without resetting the time (a tedious process), and requires a constant plug in to the wall but does not provide a wall adapter.  Honestly, in hindsight, I'd probably just buy a timer for the wall outlet and a nightlight and it would provide the same functionality...but the kid is used to the owl now.  
My final thought is this: why are we putting a nocturnal animal to sleep at night and waking him up in the morning??

Partially defective article. The siesta setting does not work. The company does not want to refund or exchange it, despite several reviews online with this problem.
