The Tommee Tippee Groclock sleep trainer uses colors and pictures to help children who are too young to read an ordinary clock, to understand when it’s time to sleep and when it’s time to spring out of bed and play! Simply set the time you would like your child to wake up in the morning and this sleep trainer clock will show the passing of time using colors and symbols. When it’s time to sleep, the blue clock face features a sleepy Ollie the Owl surrounded by hearts and stars. As the time passes and reaches your pre-set wake-up time, the stars start to gradually disappear until there are only hearts left and our lovable Ollie the Owl appears awake on a yellow background. With two time setting options, you can choose to set different weekday, weekend or naptime wake-up times. I bought this clock for my 18 months son. I love it, many settles possible to personnalise it. We use it every night!

Good choice of clock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started using this with my 2yo who was getting confused on day/night with time changes. It's simple enough for her to understand to lay in bed until "the sun comes up" and if its stars are still out to stay tucked in. It's still a work in progress, but this definately helps her have a visual! It has a soft glow that doesn't seem to bother her either. Would recommend for your littles who are able to get in and out of bed on their own!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been STRUGGLING to get my toddler out of our bed and into her own for quite sometime now, so when I saw this I jumped on it! It has been an awesome addition to our nighttime and naptime routine and makes her feel more independent too! And that helps mommy and daddy sleep better, Happy baby equals Happy Mommy! I will say that the light can be a but bright at times but I have learned to kind if adjust that by turning it by a certain angle, but so far so good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tommee tippee gro clock is a fantastic item for sleep training. My little boy absolutely loves the owl and the character has become a massive part of his sleep routine. It has an option for an audible alarm which he loves for when he has to get up for pre school, it wakes him up happy and excited for his day. The colour changes also helps him on days where he doesn't use the alarm as he knows it's time to wake up and even with the clocks going forward and daylight changes outside he's not aware and uses his clock always. Blue is a very calming colour for bedtime and is also a fantastic night light. The orange change of colour is an exciting wake up mood set to the bedroom.  At pre school they are learning digital clock number readings and it's a perfect addition to help him continue this learning at home. The design of the clock aesthetically goes well in any bedroom design and I would recommend this product to every parent to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute little toddler clock that allows my 2 year old to know when it is bed time by showing a blue star clock face or when it is okay to be up with a yellow light up sun. I wish it could be completely dimmed at night time because she doesnt like the light it puts off. Very cute concept and easy to use

Very cute great for toddlers

The screen came a little broken (part of it is blue paler than the rest)

Does the job well, easy to use

Kid likes "putting the owl to sleep" and usually responds well to the light in the morning.  He does not like the blue light, so we appreciate being able to turn it off completely at night.
I would not have kept it, however, if he hadn't liked the owl, as, although the concept is good, the interface and functionality of the item is ridiculous.  It is not intuitive to set, requires manual activation at night (which has become a routine, but is silly that that has to be the case), has no way of delaying the alarm without resetting the time (a tedious process), and requires a constant plug in to the wall but does not provide a wall adapter.  Honestly, in hindsight, I'd probably just buy a timer for the wall outlet and a nightlight and it would provide the same functionality...but the kid is used to the owl now.  
My final thought is this: why are we putting a nocturnal animal to sleep at night and waking him up in the morning??
